As a CBRE VAS Senior Vice President, you will independently prepare market value appraisals on assets with review by a Managing Director. You'll prepares real estate appraisal reports from start to finish on simple, unique, or special-use properties, including all Appraiser responsibilities as well as performing detailed appraisal analysis to value real estate with the highest quality of work product.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidates education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the VAS Senior Vice President position is $42,000 annually and the maximum salary for the VAS Senior Vice President position is $47,500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits : 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
