As a CIB Financial Management Associate in Digital & Platform Services, you play a key role in supporting financial discipline and strategic decision-making across our Operations teams. You'll partner with business managers to deliver insightful financial analysis, enhance reporting, and drive process improvements. Your work helps ensure our financial architecture aligns with business objectives and supports ongoing technology and automation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop annual financial budgets and forecasts aligned with business drivers and investments
- Build strong partnerships with Client Onboarding and Documentation (CO&D) and Applied AIML stakeholders as a trusted financial advisor
- Collaborate with Operations and Business Management teams to align financial reporting with strategic objectives
- Produce high-quality, insightful materials to support key business messages and decisions
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly financial reporting, including dashboards and business review support
- Deliver consistent and meaningful data and trend analysis to inform business decisions
- Enhance financial controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible
- Track and support ongoing technology enhancements and automation programs
- Integrate cross-line of business financial hierarchies and develop cost-to-serve reporting
- Maintain strong financial and control processes to support business strategy
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing deadlines
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor's degree required; Finance or Accounting2 years of financial management experienceIntermediate computer literacy, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesTeam-oriented, inquisitive, and critical thinkerHighly motivated self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skillsProven ability to act independently and make sound decisionsAbility to challenge the status quo and effectively push back when appropriateStrategic and forward-thinking approach to process improvementsComfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing demandsStrong work ethic and sense of urgencyPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
