We've been providing heating and cooling service to the residents of Salem and surrounding areas since 1973! We provide service, maintenance, repair or installation for residential homeowners and commercial properties with their heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs.
We are Hiring an HVAC Commercial Technician!
Looking for someone with light commercial service experience; controls experience a plus! We provide company paid training and dealer training for professional and person career growth!

Pay Rate : $30.00 to $35.00 per hour + Spiffs. We pay based on experience
Work hours : 7 : 30am to 5 : 00pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed
What you will be doing :
Dispatched to on-demand service calls to our commercial customersAnnual maintenance on light commercial HVAC equipmentCompleting all work orders in Service Factor as calls are completedCustomer ServiceRequired Qualifications :
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record2 + years' HVAC experienceUniversal EPA CertificationLow Voltage license desiredFamiliar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniquesExperience making repair and replace decisionsImpeccable customer service skillsWillingness to attended training classes and seminar including NATE CertificationsExceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundingsHigh school diploma or its equivalentCertification in HVAC from a Trade School desired
