Product Development Technician

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Utilize educational background in Chemistry or Material Science (Bachelor's or Associate's degree) with significant experience in Rubber, Plastics Compounding, or Coatings Industry.
• Work independently with multiple adhesive chemistry products.
• Develop, perform, and document laboratory tests and reports on product formulations.
• Conduct gauge R&R (repeatability and reproducibility) studies on lab-produced batches.
• Ensure all lab testing, data generation, and documentation meet required standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to lab safety, hygiene, and SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) compliance.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and functions.
• Operate lab equipment and handle materials, including lifting items as needed for procedures.
