Job Description

Manage construction projects

Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification

Assure all materials orders are executed

Maintaining schedule and meeting deadlines

Work alongside and communicate with subcontractors to move projects forward

Maintain and organize field documents (Drawings, specifications, etc.)

Participate in company training sessions

Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of construction experience

Bachelor's degree in a construction related area of study

Experience working on $5M+ projects

Motivation to lead and learn

Polished communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Base salary starting at $115K. Depending on experience, the base salary can be as high as 120K
