Job Description :

Pay Range : $50hr - $55hr

  • We are seeking an experienced QA Test Manager / Test Lead to define, plan, and execute testing strategies across multiple projects.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality software delivery through effective test design, automation, and coordination between business, development, and QA teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Define and implement test strategy, test plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end QA activities across functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT phases.
  • Coordinate and supervise QA teams (onsite / offshore) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Drive test automation initiatives and ensure CI / CD integration with automated test suites.
  • Manage defect triage, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
  • Create and validate test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and requirement traceability.
  • Review and validate test scenarios created by QA teams.
  • Track and report QA metrics such as test coverage, defect density, and pass xx to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers to align testing activities with project goals.
  • Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

    • Requirement / Must Have :

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of QA experience (manual and automation).
  • Minimum 2 years in a QA lead or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile / Scrum, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with test management and automation tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Postman, TestNG, Cucumber, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Hands-on experience testing APIs, web applications, and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data validation testing.
  • Exposure to performance testing tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

    • Should Have :

  • Prior experience in the payments domain or with payment gateway systems.

    • Qualification And Education :

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
