Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively hiring an experienced HR Business Partner/Senior HR Generalist to support our growing multifamily portfolio. We're prioritizing candidates with strong employee relations, leadership coaching, and multi-site HR experience and we're moving quickly through interviews.
