Hematology / Oncology Physician

New Job Details

Location : 1 hour from Portland, OR

Duration : Estimated September 30 start date. Willing to sign a 6-12 month contract, ongoing

Reason for coverage : permanent opening, need coverage long-term to bridge the gap

Schedule : required to be in clinic every week, 3-4 days per week, minimum of 90 day commitment

Shift : Monday Thursday 8a-5p

Call : No IP, no Call

Patient volume : 60 min new patients, 30 minutes for f / u (option for increased time if complex patients)

Scope : outpatient, 50 / 50 HEM / ONC, providers put in their own orders

EMR : Epic

Affiliated Hospital :

• Referral center for the rural medicine in the area
• 39 bed hospital, Level III trauma designation

Group / support :

Full specialist with support from another large group in the area, if needed

NP ONC - 4 days per week

Requirements (boards, license) : BC or truly BE in Medical Oncology
