A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting processes remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including intake meetings, sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for candidate generation
Utilize market data and knowledge of employee value propositions to engage passive candidates and build candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, particularly in engineering functions
Extensive network and knowledge of leading search practices in recruiting
Expertise in all components of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing and relationship management
Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience may be considered
