T&M Associates is seeking a Safety Specialist 2 to join our growing Health and Safety team in our Environmental Market in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you’ll partner with clients to assess risks, identify chemical, physical, and environmental hazards, and conduct field sampling and risk assessments across the Midwest Region. This position requires up to 30% travel outside Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and team members to enhance safety culture, productivity, and compliance.
• Develop and implement safety programs aligned with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support clients in reducing workers’ compensation losses.
• Ensure technical quality and continuous improvement of safety processes.

Qualifications

T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws, including the New Jersey Equal Pay Act. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $72,000 - $85,000. The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
