Job descriptionLead the execution of public relations strategies to generate earned media coverage across various outlets Manage and mentor the Public Relations Manager to ensure timely execution of campaigns Cultivate relationships with media contacts across travel, lifestyle, and business categories Develop and edit press materials, including releases and media kits, to support brand visibility Track and analyze PR coverage and metrics to optimize future efforts Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field 6–8 years of progressive experience in public relations, preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality Minimum of 3 years of experience managing direct reports or agency teams Demonstrated success in developing integrated PR strategies that drive media coverage Strong writing and editing skills with a relevant portfolio Established media relationships with reporters across lifestyle, travel, business, and broadcast verticals Experience managing influencer and creator collaborations, including content review and partnership measurement Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
