Payment Center Representative
This person will be counting a drawer and logging into phone support. They will be helping customers with billing, sales orders, or minor technical issues. They will be taking calls and helping walk-in customers. Essentially, they will be helping run a payment center. This person can expect to handle 200-300 phone orders every two weeks, not including walk-ins. They may have to deal with collections as well.
