Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales / Project Manager in the HVAC industry who will be responsible for driving sales growth while effectively managing HVAC projects from conception to completion. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen to meet client needs and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the HVAC sector.
- Manage multiple HVAC projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present project bids, proposals, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms to close sales.
- Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure project specifications and customer requirements are met.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed of industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout project execution.
- Lead client presentations and workshops to demonstrate product capabilities and project benefits.
- Implement energy efficiency practices in project designs and proposals as applicable.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and project management within the HVAC industry.Strong mechanical and technical knowledge related to HVAC systems and installations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and tools.Familiarity with system design, troubleshooting, and installation processes.Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to HVAC projects.Ability to prepare detailed bids and project proposals with accuracy and professionalism.Experience in contract negotiation and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Capacity for market analysis and understanding of competitive landscape.Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
