Hospitality & Facilities Support Coordinator

Are you a hospitality professional looking for a rewarding role with little to no nights, weekends, or holiday shifts? This is a unique opportunity to transition your food & beverage or hotel expertise into a MondayFriday schedule, supporting high-level meetings, events, and daily office hospitality needs. Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Provide elevated concierge style customer service
  • Set-up meeting rooms as specified
  • Event planning
  • Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with supplies
  • Clean pantry and kitchen as needed
  • Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services
  • Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
  • Facilities support to include office moves, picture handing, furniture assembly, as well as local hand deliveries, mail runs, misc. admin support, ordering / inventory of supplies / consumables and other Flex services.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred
  • Expert ability to be self-motivated and adaptable
  • Good customer service skills, including tact in handling complaints
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Weekdays 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM with occasional overtime or early starts or late departures.
  • The compensation range for this role is 21.56 to 24.85 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individuals location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
