We are looking for an experienced Controller to join a growing manufacturing company in Irvine, California. This pivotal role will oversee accounting and finance operations while also managing human resources functions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in manufacturing accounting, financial reporting, inventory management, and HR operations to enhance compliance, efficiency, and organizational growth.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Monitor inventory and costing processes to ensure operational efficiency and accurate financial records.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to support decision-making and organizational planning.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain compliance.
• Supervise HR operations, including payroll administration, benefits management, and employment law compliance.
• Partner with senior leadership to implement employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
• Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent aligned with company objectives.
• Provide support and guidance on workplace policies, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in financial systems and software such as Sage, NetSuite, or QuickBooks.
• Proven ability to manage both accounting and HR functions effectively.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain internal controls.
• Experience in inventory management and costing within manufacturing operations.
