Job Description :

• Maintain productivity standard of 90% for Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Provide support to physical therapists in conducting therapy sessions.
• Assist patients in exercises, mobility training, and other rehabilitation techniques.
• Document patient progress and report to supervising therapists.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop personalized patient care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding of therapy goals.
• Stay updated with best practices in physical therapy and rehabilitation care.
