As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of quality and safety, ensuring that all project activities meet our rigorous standards. Daily Responsibilities : Support and implement project-specific quality control plans Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards Coordinate material submittals, testing, and documentation for underground utilities Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance related to quality deliverables Assist with site safety audits and enforce company and OSHA safety protocols Develop and implement site-specific safety plans Communicate proactively with clients, inspectors, and internal teams to resolve quality or safety concerns Required Skills : Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 2+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, ideally in underground utilities Strong understanding of QA / QC processes and OSHA safety standards Proficient in construction software (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD) Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical specifications Company Information : We at Timberline Construction Group are a nationwide provider of disaster services, site preparation, and manufactured housing.
