Supercuts of South Miami needs an experienced and ambitious Salon Manager to lead our stylists in a positive and energetic work environment, and to ensure the success of our team and the salon.   We offer a competitive salary with a sign-on bonus and a benefits package, which includes the option for health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays. Primary Responsibilities Include :

• Manage our team of licensed stylists
• Contribute to the team by performing salon services
• Lead employees to success by providing leadership
• Market the salon and build clientele
• Recruit and train stylists
