Advisor Experience Support Role
This role focuses on the advisor experience by supporting sales and developing mutually profitable advisor relationships. Handle inbound calls from advisors and answer product related questions, performance data, sales literature, portfolio analytics, etc. while documenting interactions and key advisor data. Salary Range Information :
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) : $22.07 - $39.81 / hour
Time Off Program :
Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

Location :
This role may be based in either Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC.
Work Environment :
This role offers the ability for in-office, & hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek) work arrangements. This is a hybrid position with the requirement of 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home. Management reserves the right to adjust the days required in office.
