A company is looking for a Customer Care Rep II - Virtual.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Dental and Vision inbound callers with eligibility, benefits, authorizations, and claims
Provide feedback on claim issues and support enrollment activities
Document call information accurately and escalate issues to leadership when necessary
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to work occasional overtime as needed
Experience in a virtual environment is preferred
