Billing Supervisor / Manager
We are looking for an experienced Billing Supervisor / Manager to oversee billing processes and office administration within a fast-paced managed service provider environment. Responsibilities :
- Manage and process various billing models, including subscription-based, hourly services, product-only, and project-based billing.
- Review and ensure accuracy of contracts, invoices, and service agreements to maintain proper billing practices.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and collaborate with technical and project teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records for audits and reporting, while tracking billing cycles to ensure timely processing.
- Oversee office administration tasks, such as supply management, vendor coordination, scheduling, and file organization.
- Assist leadership with administrative tasks, including creating reports and managing documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in billing and office operations.
- Support the onboarding of new clients onto billing platforms and ensure smooth transitions.
- Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all billing and administrative matters.
Requirements :
Proven experience in billing management within a managed service provider or technology services environment.Familiarity with multiple billing models, including recurring, hourly, product, and project-based billing.Proficiency in billing software platforms such as ConnectWise, Datto, Autotask, or Kaseya.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing billing and administrative tasks.Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and general technical aptitude.Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic workplace.Experience in office administration and facility management is a plus.
