A company is looking for a Claims Assistant to support claims staff in managing workers' compensation claims and related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Set up new claims and process related documentation
Assist claims examiners with communication and administrative tasks
Process payments and manage files until they transition to a paperless system
Required Qualifications
High school diploma; college degree preferred
Six months of service-oriented office experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Strong organizational skills
