Job descriptionTreated with respect and dignity. Flexible Schedule, Part-time or Full-time. Provided exceptional training on a regular and ongoing basis. Are never alone in the field - support is always available. Are thoughtfully matched with children that they are compatible with. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding. Properly manage household needs. Provide companionship and respite services for the family. A passion to serve and help children with special needs, and / or experience with mentally divergent children. A genuine caring attitude and understanding of the client / children needs and emotions. High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate. Access to reliable transportation Previous experience caregiving for children in homes or daycares. California Home Care Aide registered Current TB clearance Fluent English Speaking Able to work weekends is a plus
