Case Manager

Location : Minneapolis, MN (In-Person)

Pay : $24-$26 per hour (Depending on Experience)

What You'll Do

Prepare and e-file court documents accurately and timely, in full compliance with jurisdictional rules. Serve pleadings and discovery materials precisely and on schedule.

Ensure digital and physical case files are always current, complete, and properly organized, including formatting, labeling, and Bates stamping.

Track and update all case deadlines. Proactively alert attorneys and paralegals of upcoming obligations no surprises allowed.

Coordinate depositions, mediations, client meetings, and internal check-inshandling all logistics from start to finish.

Deliver clear, courteous, and professional updates to clients. Confirm appointments and manage regular communication touchpoints.

Track task lists, manage intake documents, and monitor file progress across all stages without waiting to be asked .
