Licensed Talk Therapist - Independent Contractor

Who We Are Looking For

We are in search of independently licensed clinicians who are eager to make a difference and grow alongside us. Specifically, we are interested in :

Providers who are willing to conduct 25+ sessions per week

Behavioral health generalists (open to working with couples and children, with our support)

Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also valuing team collaboration

Those interested in potential clinical leadership or supervisory roles

Individuals with strong character; we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care

Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California

Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided

Compensation :

Up to $115,400, based on level of licensure, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

What We Offer

We handle the administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on providing care. As a W2 employee, you will receive :

$7,500 ramp stipend for achieving 25+ clinical hours / week

Guaranteed, bi-weekly pay (eliminating the need for reimbursement delays)

Paid orientation and annual pay increases

PTO and flexible scheduling (7am-10pm, 7 days / week)

No-show protection and support in building your caseload within 90 days of credentialing
