Job Description :
- Provide outpatient and inpatient consultative gastroenterology care at BMC Brighton
- Perform routine GI procedures including EGD and colonoscopy
- Manage a wide range of GI conditions including GERD liver disease IBS IBD and GI bleeding
- Participate in rotating inpatient coverage and call schedule
- Collaborate with BMCs tertiary GI team for advanced cases and referrals
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team including advanced practice providers GI nurses and anesthesiology support
- Optional academic involvement including :
- Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
- Participation in clinical quality initiatives
- Scholarly or research collaboration with BMC Department of Gastroenterology (if desired)
