As Senior Associate / Product Manager Inclusive Communications Capabilities (Alternate Formats), you'll define tools and workflows that ensure marketing materials are accessible, compliant, and equitable. This role is central to enabling scalable, inclusive communications that support health equity, regulatory compliance, and member trust. This role supports the development of alternate format capabilities, including Braille, large print, audio, and other accessible formats. You'll collaborate with compliance, operations, and vendor teams to ensure accessibility standards, such as ADA, Section 508, and CMS guidelines, are consistently met across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Capability Ownership & Roadmap Development
• Define and evolve product requirements for alternate format workflows and vendor integrations, ensuring scalability and adaptability to evolving accessibility needs
• Embed ADA, Section 508, and CMS accessibility standards into design, review, and approval processes for all member communications
• Partner with platform and operations teams to enable automation, tracking, and fulfillment of alternate format requests, including quality monitoring and feedback loops

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $104,000 - $143,000 per year.
