Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) is currently hiring qualified CRNAs to work at our Main Campus in Boston, MA. This advanced practice position offers the opportunity to develop clinical skills with a dynamic anesthesia team in a large, academic medical center with a strong medical school affiliation.

The CRNA I is a board‑certified licensed clinician who provides anesthesia services to all patients in the organization. General responsibilities include :
At MGH, CRNAs work in an integrated care team model with anesthesiologists, receive an extensive orientation and training program, and benefit from regular check‑ins to support new graduates.

Master’s Degree Nurse Anesthesia Practitioner required
Licenses & Credentials
Experience
Experience as a CRNA or new graduate 0–1 year preferred
