Build a career, not just have a jobWork in a dynamic and high-growth company with very skilled professionalsBecome part of a teamwork focused culture Be a part of an organization that supports your future growth pathTitle : IT ManagerReports to : VP of IT ResponsibilitiesManage IT team by providing guidance and direction.Set clear goals, performance expectations, and conduct regular performance reviews for team members.Ensure prompt handling of incidents and service requests according to the SLA.Oversee management and monitoring of IT systems to ensure high availability and security.Coordinate technology vendors and service providers to ensure the needs of the organization are being met.Assist with IT budget planning.Collaborate with senior management to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.Other duties as assigned.ProfileBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in IT with at least 1 year in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and system with leading IT support operations, budget planning, and vendor management.Proficiency in server management (Windows, Linux) and storage solutions.Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA, PMP) preferred.Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
