LIFEGUARD JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of all pool patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies. You will enforce pool rules fairly, monitor water quality, maintain a clean and enjoyable environment, and report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to your supervisor.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 15 years old by the date of hire.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Must maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate focus and attentiveness at all times

Must have or complete a nationally recognized Lifeguard, CPR / AED, and First Aid certification before the season begins
