Founding Engineer (Full-Stack)

We’re hiring founding engineers to help build the infrastructure behind the next generation of B2B software. This is a high-ownership role : you’ll work directly with the founders to shape the product, the company, and the way healthcare and staffing operations are run.

You’ll be among the first employees at an early-stage startup, which means challenge, uncertainty, and opportunity. This role isn’t for everyone — to be a good fit, you need to be hungry to move build, break and push boundaries.

What you’ll do

• Ship fast, talk to customers, and build at the frontier of AI-native software.
• Work across the stack — from re‑architecting ML forecasting systems to delivering elegant user-facing features.
• Build the platform infrastructure that allows AI to generate customer‑specific apps, reports, and workflows.
• Help define engineering culture and grow the team.
