Office Receptionist
Unilux Brand is seeking a highly organized and friendly Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both clients and employees. Your duties will go beyond just answering phones and managing schedules; you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach.Benefits
