This position will report to the Sr. Manager for F-35 Advance Edge manufacturing and will support multiple functional areas of manufacturing within fabrication, assembly or tooling. Responsible for executing builds that meet quality, schedule and within budget in support of our OneLM Culture and AERO 100 Key Results. Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition / disciplinary actions Experience leading in a union environment Experience with composite fabrication and / or machining techniques Clearance required to apply

Experience with SFM Experience with lean methodologies Ability to create metrics to drive area performance Ability to analyze data for robust decision making Managing in a Manufacturing or Machining Experience
