General ENT practice that can welcome subspecialty.

Division Chief Responsibilities :

• To oversee all administratively-related activities of the Division, unless otherwise provided by the hospital with emphasis on the Ambulatory Clinic;
• To provide ongoing surveillance of the performance of all individuals in the Division who have been granted clinical privileges;
• To integrate the Division into the primary functions of the hospital;
• To continually assess and improve of the quality of care, treatment, and services;
• Enforcement of the Hospital and Medical Staff Bylaws, policies, and Rules & Regulations within the Division;

Be responsible for communicating information and changes in policies and practices to members of their Division; Performance of other such duties commensurate with the office as may from time to time be reasonably requested of them by the Department Chair, MEC, and the Board of Trustees.
