A company is looking for a Reporter to cover Douglas and Arapahoe counties in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

Author two twice-weekly newsletters with relevant insights for the local audience

Utilize local market knowledge and sources to inform the community about important news

Create stories across various platforms, including newsletters, web, and social media

Required Qualifications

Experience covering news in Douglas and Arapahoe counties

Strong network of sources and ability to develop new ones

Proven reporting skills and ability to work independently under deadlines

Ability to analyze data and generate newsworthy stories

Commitment to the Smart Brevity writing style
