Great Location : Join a busy plaza and well-loved salon in a prime location. Competitive Pay : Our stylists earn between $15-$24 an hour, including tips . No Late Nights : We offer a great work-life balance that respects your scheduling needs. Growth Opportunities : We love to promote from within and offer opportunities for career advancement. Delivering exceptional and memorable haircut experiences for children and their parents. Communicating clearly with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction. Working with children of all ages in a fast-paced environment. Providing full salon services, including cutting, styling, and shampooing. Educating clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs. Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the salon and your station. A valid state cosmetology or barber license. A friendly, energetic, and positive attitude. A passion for working with kids and making them feel comfortable and happy. Excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A natural smile that makes everyone feel welcome.
