Job description

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? If your answer is yes and you thrive in customer service, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Customer Support Specialist, also known as a Financial Customer Associate (FCA).

In this full-time position, you will have the chance to utilize your skills and knowledge each day to assist clients on their journey toward financial empowerment. As an FCA, you will play a vital role in helping customers feel confident, make informed decisions, and achieve their financial goals. You will handle various inquiries, including questions about 401k account balances, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance. We are committed to your professional growth, offering you valuable training and experiences to propel your career forward. A background in finance is not needed for you to excel in this role.

What to Expect :

  • You will join a cohort of new associates for 14 weeks of comprehensive training, starting with basic customer interactions and progressing to more advanced requests related to our clients' 401k plans.
  • After training, you will continue to enhance your skills through hands-on experience while receiving support in team activities, well-being initiatives, and career coaching.
  • Your achievements will be recognized and celebrated as you advance through the training program.
  • This is a full-time hourly role with the potential to work extra hours based on business needs and your availability, without the necessity of a finance degree.

  • Proficiency in navigating and resolving basic technological issues.

  • Self-motivation and social skills that infuse energy and passion into the team.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • High School diploma or GED required.

    Our Investments in You :

    We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you and your loved ones find the right balance in life.

    Shifts and Hours : Monday - Friday. Training hours are from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST, with the necessity to work an 8-hour shift between 10 AM and Midnight EST after training.

    Most roles at Fidelity require in-office work every other week (all business days, Monday through Friday). This may vary for Remote or fully Onsite roles.
