- Schedule : Full time, 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts rotating between 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM, or 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM.\n\nIn this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering and managing direct patient care using best nursing practices. You will provide compassionate care to patients ranging from infants to geriatrics, ensure excellent patient education through telephonic support, and maintain up-to-date health records using our Electronic Medical Record system. There will also be opportunities for onsite visits to enhance coordination of team-based care.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities : \n
- Deliver high-quality patient care, both in person and over the phone.\n
- Conduct thorough assessments by interviewing patients and significant others.\n
- Collaborate with patients and healthcare teams to develop care plans tailored to individual needs.\n
- Implement nursing interventions and evaluate care plans based on patient feedback and outcomes.\n
- Provide education to patients on health management and preventive care.\n
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions safely and effectively.\n
- Document all patient care activities accurately and consistently.\n

- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.\n
- Currently licensed as a RN in Massachusetts.\n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n
- BLS / CPR certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.\n
- One or more years of RN experience.\n
- Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly EPIC.\n
- Experience in telephone triage and pediatrics.\n\nWe offer competitive pay ranging from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on your qualifications and experience.
