Key Responsibilities
Partner with executives to identify organizational needs and develop people strategies
Drive talent planning and lead change management during scaling and integration
Coach managers on performance conversations and refine performance systems
Required Qualifications
6-10+ years of People / HR experience, with 3+ years as a People Business Partner in high-growth tech / startup environments
Experience supporting GTM, Marketing, or G&A organizations (Finance, Legal, Corp Dev, BizOps)
Strong business acumen and comfort working closely with executives
Ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure in complex environments
Data- and feedback-driven approach to influencing decisions and outcomes
