What you will be doing In this client facing role you are responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with enterprise clients in support of their business objectives related to engaging a contingent workforce. This role is responsible for facilitating and monitoring the entire IC / SOW process life cycle and establishing and managing relationships between the IC's / SP's and the Engagement Managers to ensure that all processes are executed in a timely manner. Establish and build a professional rapport, follow up consistently and maintain on-going contact and communication with both the Engagement Manager and the IC Candidate throughout the IC evaluation process from initial request to successful onboarding Manage all escalations through to resolution engaging the client, MBO PMO Manager and the MBO Account Director as needed Provide IC / SOW program education Create and manager SOWs Monitor approvals by manager and service provider, create amendments for changes, track PO spend and monitor project end dates Ensure timely submittal of time, expense and milestone payments, audit for accurate invoicing information and research and resolve supplier payment issues Act as a integral team member of the IC / SOW program to ensure that a high level of service is always offered to customers, suppliers, and program stakeholders Ensure that all key service delivery objectives are met by taking an active role in continuous improvement of service delivery processes and in maintaining and improving stakeholder experience Proactively identify service delivery issues and coordinate timely resolution. Maintain project and case records in the designated technology platforms Proactively manage open cases and cycle time for the end-to-end process resulting in successful onboarding Drive process refinement and identify opportunities for improvement Produce standard and ad-hoc reports from technology platforms, as requested. Analyze and present report results.
