Senior Engineering Program Manager

We're seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to join our Distribution Automation team, which is focused on delivering next-generation automation solutions across a global distribution network. In this individual contributor role, you'll serve as a cross-functional leader, guiding complex development initiatives from concept to execution. You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions, contributing technical and program leadership to ensure successful and predictable execution across hardware and software systems within distribution operations. Key to your success will be your ability to foster strong partnerships with core team members, navigate cross-functional challenges, and champion a culture of empowerment and accountability. You'll play a pivotal role in removing barriers, enabling decision-making, and driving momentum across the organization. This is an on-site position (minimum 4 days per week) based at either our Memphis, TN or Woolwich, NJ distribution centers. This role will require 30% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :
