Be the difference.\n\nJob Summary\n\nJoin our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in Orthopedic Imaging, where you will perform a variety of radiographic procedures utilizing ionizing radiation and contribute to the care and safety of our patients. This position is bonus eligible.\n\nEssential Functions\n

- Assist in performing a range of specialized procedures such as ERCPs, video fluoroscopies, Lumbar punctures, and more. Ensure competency in critical care procedures and troubleshoot equipment issues as necessary.\n
- Conduct nursing assessments when nursing staff is unavailable, and document patient interactions. Quality check images before submission to radiologists and manage patient data within PACS or EPIC systems.\n
- Promote patient care and safety within the department by ensuring efficient workflow and the appropriate use of equipment. Communicate timely updates to patients and families regarding any delays in procedures.\n
- Achieve high levels of patient satisfaction by adhering to Prisma Health's standards and enhancing the patient experience.\n
- Perform any additional duties as assigned to support the team effectively.\n\nSupervisory / Management Responsibilities\n
- This is a non-management role reporting to a supervisor or manager.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n
- Education : Completion of an accredited radiology program.\n
- Experience : No experience required.\n\nIn Lieu Of\n

- ARRT Registered.\n
- SCRQSA certification (for team members in South Carolina).\n
- Current CPR certification.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\n
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.\n
- Proficient in office equipment and computer skills, including word processing and data entry.\n
