Sous Chef Help Lead the Kitchen at Amaros Table (East Vancouver)

Our award-winning concept, Amaros Table, has proudly served the community since 2018, owned and operated by local chefs who take a lot of pride in bringing both quality and value to their guests. Known for our scratch kitchen, warm hospitality, and an award-winning craft cocktail program, were excited to open a brand-new location in East Vancouver and were building a passionate team to bring it to life.

About the Role :

As a Sous Chef at Amaros Table, youll work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee day-to-day operations, lead the line during service, and help shape the kitchen culture at our newest location. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and is genuinely excited to cook great food alongside a supportive, high-performing team.
