Staff Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer to lead critical initiatives across its platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead initiatives end-to-end by partnering with Product, owning tech specs, organizing work, and reporting on milestones

Build and scale complex systems by designing and implementing features for enterprise customers with a focus on reliability and performance

Elevate engineering quality through code reviews, technical guidance, and mentoring other engineers

Required Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering experience with production systems at scale

Proficiency in modern web technologies such as TypeScript, React, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL

Experience with B2B SaaS and understanding of enterprise customer needs

Experience with third-party integrations, including APIs and data pipelines

Ownership mentality with a focus on outcomes rather than just tasks
