Bilingual HR Administrator / Coordinator
Temporary Contract Location : La Jolla Beach
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a proactive and bilingual HR Administrator / Coordinator to support the Human Resources team in La Jolla Beach on a temporary contract assignment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment while strengthening HR operations for a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, ensuring excellent customer service to employees and managers
- Assist with day-to-day HR administration including employee files, data entry, and maintaining HR systems
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and preparing onboarding materials
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and a smooth employee experience
- Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and timekeeping as needed
- Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and documents with accuracy and confidentiality
- Translate documents and provide bilingual support for English- and Spanish-speaking employees
- Partner with the HR team on projects, employee engagement initiatives, and training coordination
Qualifications :
Bilingual in English and Spanish required12 years of HR, administrative, or office coordination experience preferredStrong organizational skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS experience a plusWorking Hours :
