Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of x-ray, CT, and OR imaging experience for acute care in a Level III trauma setting.

Responsibilities

  • Work in an acute care hospital radiology department with 120 beds
  • Perform diagnostic x-ray, CT, C-arm, and fluoroscopy imaging for a diverse patient population
  • Unit covers general radiology, operating room, fluoroscopy, x-ray, and CT in both hospital and clinic settings
  • Use equipment including Siemens Flash and Philips Brilliance 64 CT scanners, Carestream and Siemens x-ray, and Sectra PACS system
  • Utilize Epic (OneChart) for EMR documentation
  • Rotating day and night shifts, with two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts per week
  • Floating may occur to x-ray, fluoroscopy, operating room, and CT as needed
  • Perform a range of imaging duties including x-ray, CT, C-arm, and fluoroscopy according to established protocols
  • Orientation provided in all modalities with supervision until competency is demonstrated
  • Team-based environment with department-specific training
  • Gray scrubs required
  • Must badge in and out at the facility
  • Previous Sanford Health employees must have a 6-month gap before consideration
  • Reduced rate applies for candidates living within 80 miles of the facility

    • Requirements

  • Active ARRT RT(R) and BLS (AHA) certifications required
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in x-ray and CT imaging, including OR and C-arm cases
  • Experience with diagnostic x-ray and CT procedures
  • CT experience required; ARRT CT certification preferred but not required
  • License required if applicable
  • Willingness to complete MN Net Study within 2 weeks of offer
