Compensation

Salary Range : $95,790 – $124,417 (based on experience)

Overview : Role Overview :

Responsible for leading and managing the Clinical Laboratory Services, including :

Planning, organizing, and evaluating lab operations.

Ensuring quality, safety, and cost control standards.

Monitoring lab service utilization.

Requirements :

Doctoral degree in lab science

2 years of training in high complexity testing

2 years of supervisory experience in high complexity testing

National Certification Examination passed

CLIA '88 compliance

Strong knowledge of lab equipment

EPIC experience (preferred)

Excellent communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills

• Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
