We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. As a Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a certain amount of landscape maintenance crews, ensuring that our clients' properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities :
Manage a team of landscapers to ensure that all properties are serviced and completed on time and within budgetCoach, train, and develop newly assigned employeesDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure the highest level of customer servicePlan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest standardsSupervise the maintenance of all equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and properly maintainedDevelop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employeesCollect, review, and approve employees' timeSupervise and assist in snow and ice eventsRequirements :
Demonstrated skill and ability managing others at other levels as a Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager or related roleKnowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and equipment to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a team and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team membersAt least one-year experience doing contract maintenance work in a commercial setting as a supervisorTwo or four-year horticultural or related degree and two years industry experience (Additional industry experience or industry certifications can substitute for non-related degree, two-year degree or no degree)Ability to identify and diagnose insect and disease problems and schedule appropriate treatmentWorking knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in contract maintenance and snow removalValid driver’s license with a clean record over the last 5 years.Benefits :
