What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives, HR, and L&D leaders, uncovering organizational challenges and aligning Decker's solutions to their strategic priorities.
- Design and present tailored coaching, consulting, and learning solutions that deliver measurable business value and ROI.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, navigating multi-stakeholder environments and influencing executive decision-making.
- Drive strategic account planning, identifying expansion opportunities, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, program design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experiences and sustained results.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure transparency, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
- Represent Decker externally at industry conferences and client events, amplifying our brand presence and thought leadership.
- Share market insights and client feedback to inform internal strategy, solution development, and product innovation.
- Model consultative excellence, leading by example and mentoring peers in sales strategy, client engagement, and thought leadership.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or executive education preferred.Minimum of 5+ years of enterprise-level consultative B2B sales experience, ideally within professional services, SaaS, or leadership development. Ideal opportunity for communication account directors with relationship sales experience.Proven success selling to C-level executives (CHROs, CLOs, and senior business leaders).Demonstrated ability to influence executive decisions and close high-value, multi-stakeholder deals.Strong business acumen with the ability to connect communication and leadership solutions to strategic KPIs and organizational outcomes.Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.Familiarity with leadership development and organizational effectiveness trends.Track record of collaborative partnership and cross-functional influence within fast-paced, client-driven environments.What We Offer

This position operates remotely, requiring independent work in a virtual environment with occasional travel for client engagements, conferences, and team meetings. Some evening or weekend availability may be required for events or client needs. This position requires the ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
