Job descriptionCareers Advancement Opportunities Flexible Scheduling Competitive Compensation Deliver pre-designed BFT sessions to groups of up to 36 clients, following BFT’s science-based programming Energize, motivate, and connect with clients throughout class to foster community and accountability Teach and cue proper form, technique, and movement patterns to ensure safe, effective training Build class attendance, engagement, and retention through exceptional coaching and communication Set up equipment and clearly explain session focus, structure, and flow for both new and existing clients Attend staff meetings, Fundamentals training, and required continuing education sessions Handle member concerns or feedback with professionalism and care Support sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and membership inquiries as needed Maintain consistency in coaching schedule and minimize subbing Build and maintain a strong social media presence that promotes classes, community, and the BFT brand Must have a 4-year degree (in a related field) and / or a nationally recognized PT certification Previous experience leading group fitness classes Love of boutique fitness is a must – passion for strength training is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people Fantastic communication that exudes energy AND empathy Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited to train with BFT Must exude charisma & thrive in a group environment Must possess and maintain current CPR / AED certification

Job Summary
Body Fit Training (BFT) Seaboard Station is looking for an energetic, passionate, and community-driven Group Fitness Coach to join our coaching team. At BFT, we deliver science-based strength and conditioning group training designed to help members move better, feel stronger, and achieve real results.
As a BFT Coach, you’ll lead high-energy group sessions using our proven 8-week progressive programming, provide hands-on coaching and motivation, and create an inclusive environment where members of all fitness levels can thrive. You’ll also play a key role in building our local BFT community through exceptional member experience, energy, and accountability on the training floor.
